A pharmacist by training, Hoang's entrepreneurial journey began in early 2019 while still in pharmacy school—cooking with friends to make a living, pay rent, and cover car expenses. After graduating pharmacy school in 2020, he fully committed to building businesses.
In 2021, Hoang bought his first restaurant. By 2022, he acquired a USDA food factory and built a second Pho restaurant, demonstrating his ability to scale operations across the food industry.
2024 marked a pivotal year—Hoang successfully exited his Pho restaurant and acquired Texas Donuts, a beloved chain serving authentic, southern-style donuts with the tagline "Good Donuts for Good Moments." In 2025, he acquired Ad Vice Studios, a nationally recognized, award-winning experiential signage company with a 25-year legacy.
In November 2025, Hoang was honored with the prestigious 40 Under 40 Award by the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, recognizing his outstanding entrepreneurial achievements and community impact.
Beyond his entrepreneurial journey, Hoang is deeply community-driven. In every community where his businesses operate, he actively seeks ways to support and give back, ensuring that his success translates into positive local impact.
